How many low fastballs can we throw Branyan this series? If you go back and watch the last AB vs Jenks, you'll see some awful pitches also.

Dye would still be running after that. Rios's defense just saved a run.

for sure

Breathes out.

Way to work out of it, Mark.

Let's help out 56 now!!!

C'mon guys!! Lets get some runs!

cmon Rios, get your first White Sox hit

Well, the lack of execution started with Nix hitting a ball to short and not the the right side.

Nix got a hit. Why do you have a problem with him?

Seriously. Just swing for the fences. I have absolutely zero faith that anyone can come through with a guy on third and less than 2 outs. Or get a 2 out hit with RISP.

Just swing for the fences.

This is quite the tightly knit group right now...

I think we need to start a support group...and I am only half-joking.

Luck has f***ing nothing to do with it.

I am going to sound like Hawk, but the strike zone is the size of Holy Name Cathedral and Alex Rios was called out on a a ball he didn't even swing at and Podsednik's hit last inning looked close enough to call fair. (I'm watching on a stream).

Not to mention that the Twins are falling apart and the rest of the division sucks. The Central might actually be won with 82 games this year. Pathetic...

Fixed your post.

Not sure if I bring back Buehrle, looks like 3rd time through they are starting to get to him. No need to risk his nice outing. Id go str8 to my A squad in the pen for a few innings with an off day tomorrow.

Thank god, no more Felix.

King out, White in. Yay. Minor victory there.

I would start Buerhle in the inning with a guy warming up. 8-9-1 coming up for the M's.

0-4. Welcome to the White Sox. Enjoy your money.

Not an auspicious debut for Rios.

Nix got a hit. Why do you have a problem with him?

Because he hit a slow grounder that just as easily could've been at the shortstop, leaving Kotsay stuck at 2nd. His job was to hit to the RIGHT side. Happy that he caught a break, but that's all it was.

I'd warm up Thornton, but Mark's only thrown 87 pitches and has thrown a great game. I run him out there next inning.
