Nice inning DH.

Only 10 pitches.

Saturday night I went to the game and the White Sox wives were collecting food for the homeless. Pods' wife was at my entrance as I was headed to the Jim Beam Club. Quentin's wife was with her and she's pretty hot, but looks like but her compared to Mrs. Pods. OMG.

I wonder what Walker has done to pull Dye out of his 3 month slump.

Walker needs to go as well.

i would so much rather see Wise playing over Dye. I love JD and I hate to see him play like this.

I'd like to know what Jermaine's done.I don't see him in a different place in the batters box. His approach seems the same as always.

Quentin:

one year wonder? or hobbled by injuries this season and shouldn't be judged on these results?

Are we in the Metrodome ?

I go with option C. Bought into his own press and thinks he is Barry Bonds trying to park every pitch.

He'll be back. He's a good hitter.

forgot that option -- could well be. He used to be so good at working the count in his favor, had a great eye. Now he seems to be hacking at everything and always behind.

DH has had no problem with Mauer tonight.

Basing this on 1 season?

i would love to see Hudson learning from Peavy for a season

I can't believe how bad a team we've become. Gosh we suck. Unearned runs, no bats, etc. etc.

Seriously. I hate that phrase "corpseball"...but it sure fits this team.

We're getting hits. How bout some fricking runs?

2007, last in the AL in runs scored.

2009, 12th in the AL in runs scored.

Considering what park we play in, this is a joke.

Other than 2007 (a year in which he wasn't 100%), he's done nothing but rake prior to this year. The question with CQ is can he stay healthy. Not if he can hit or not.

And yet people defend Walker.

fyi, uribe's numbers this year have been just as good as Alexi's.

Since we've become a horses*** team the last several weeks, how many double plays have we hit into?

Seems like tons.

This is hell. No matter who the opponent is it's the same story.

That makes no sense. He played 1 season prior to 2007. You're asking me to not count 25% of his career.

I was including his minor league numbers. The guy was considered an elite prospect for a reason. The only thing that's ever held CQ back is health.
