Federal authorities identified the pilot of the Piper Cherokee PA-28 as Joseph Andrew Stack, 53. Two people were injured and one person was missing, local officials said. February 18, 201016 yr I lost an appeal with the IRS. It got ugly. But I never thought to go up there and kill anyone. I read his letter. Seems as if he blamed everyone except himself. It also seems as if he may have been suffering from a mental disease.
