4/17 GT: Sox @ Indians, Peavy v. Westbrook

Featured Replies

Nice sliders from Peavy so far. That cutter he throws is just not good, as that's the pitch he was getting destroyed on in ST.

Rios had a difficult call to make on that play.

If he plays it cautious, probably only a double, but no chance to catch it. He went to deep trying to catch the ball and there was no way to play the bounce.

Not sure with 1 out which is the better statistical play, to go for the out and risk the triple, or to let him have a double.

Ya.. bring yo black ass to the chat son.

It should get the GM fired too.

Ya... but first the manager.

Bringing/Wanting Kotsay back, the rotating DH idea, a slap happy leadoff hitter he emphasized (Pierre) etc.. all on Ozzie.

Boy it sure looked like hit it, but it was hard to tell for sure.

What happened? Gameday's stuck.

Over/under on Sox double plays today is 3.5

leadoff walk for PK. Andruw with a shot now.

Huh?

There's two double plays already. This is getting too predictable.

Can we see over 15 pitches in an inning today?

Can't do significant lineup changes because this offensive roster is freaking awful. Who in their right f***ing mind thought this offense could win in the American League??

I don't think there's anything wrong with the offense....get a competent hitting coach for this team and they'll get on track.

Another game that I can't see. Ugh. I f***ing hate living in Indiana. Anyone got a feed?

4 rockets his off of Peavy so far

Peavy has actually looked the worst out of the 4. This I didn't expect. Hopefully, he can figure out what his problem is and get it fixed.

Man the ball is jumping again

The wind conditions aren't going to help the Sox, as it's howling out to right. We have very little lefty power, while the Indians have a ton.

Well... at least Peavy is throwing harder today....

I swear the Tribe is just sitting fastball. They can't square up anything else.

His slider is a lot better today than in his first two starts. Problem is his fastball is still way too hittable.

Wind has nothing to do with how the balls are flying so far. They are just ropes, and that is including the Sox in the first.

Hittable in terms of location? Or lack of movement? Speed?
