StrangeSox Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 (edited) Scalia is using his dissent to comment on Obama's new deportation policy. edit: Scalia may have done this in response to the opinion of the court, which begins by more or less laying out the authority under which Obama issued his policy without explicitly referring it.
