I'm sorry, but the tagging of the runner is part of what makes retiring a player on a non-force out a non-force out. I really wish they would require the actual tag.

Buehrle is beyond 'off' right now. And to think, we had plenty of chances to win this series Friday and Saturday.

 

Another series loss it seems.

Let's just skip Buehrle next time we have to face the Yankees. Buehrle hasn't been good since the first start of the season, and he's just not fooling anyone.

Ahh, this one turning into a laugher really quickly...and I was excited for this diversion today while at work...

So, the second baseman's playing shortstop and the shortstop/3B plays second and the bench/platoon guy is starting at 3rd.
