August 10, 201015 yr Hello all! I stopped buying "STEAK" burritos because TOO many places use real cheap grade grissly steak. On the southwest side (LaGrange, Orland, Palos, Oak Lawn, Hickory Hills, etc, does anyone know where to get a GOOD sized steak burrito with REAL Good quality meat that you can just eat, swallow. and enjoy without dealing with all of the chewy grissly garbage. El Farol in Summit has the biggest extra meat steak burrito that I've ever seen, but their steak quality is horrible. I keep trying new places, but the same disappointing results. Does anyone have any worthwhile recommendations that are pretty reliable, whether you, or someone that you know has had one of them in any of the areas listed above, or within some other nearby vicinities?? Thanks!
August 10, 201015 yr I don't know if you're thinking fast food only, but I've heard the Rick Bayless restaurants are very good Mexican cuisine. http://www.rickbayless.com/restaurants/

August 10, 201015 yr I like Los Comales on Harlem and (I believe) 73rd. Good flavor and not gristly. Their fajita platter is the s*** as well.
August 10, 201015 yr Taco Burrito King has always been a go-to spot for me, and it looks like they are starting to expand with locations on the South Side & suburbs. A location in Alsip & another one coming soon to 56th & Harlem, not sure how close that all is to you.
August 10, 201015 yr Author Thanks guys, I wrote dwon the suggestions and I'll give em a shot. Location-wise....they are all within decent range. Pretty much anywhere in the southwest suburbs is what I had in mind.
