Flowers is batting .000. I wouldn't start trying to compare him with AJ just yet.

And yet has a .308 OBP to A.J.'s .301 OBP. I wasn't really comparing them (Flowers will never have A.J.'s average, but he will probably have the better OBP even if he hits .200 and OPS though won't nearly have the contact rate as A.J.) but it's good to see a young guy that patient. (I've watched the games he's played. These aren't 3-0, 3-1 counts either with easy misses for walks, he's earning them)

Patience is great and all for a youngster, but its pretty empty without a single base hit. Just like Pierre's BA is empty cause his SLG & OBP are so low.
