Backstory: Person A and B are married. Person A gets up to go to the gym in the morning, while person B has to tend to some home/yard work. Person A leaves first, as the couple share a tandem garage. Person A places $200 sunglasses that were in car on other car that person B will be driving. The car is white, the sunglasses are black. Person B leaves five minutes later, doesn't notice sunglasses, and leaves. They discover what had happened hours later when going out to run another erand.

So, whose fault is it that the sunglasses are gone??

Person A, for placing valuable sunglasses on the car vs bringing them inside vs placing them anywhere else which would keep them out of harm's way, or Person B for being oblivious and not noticing sunglasses on back of car before getting in it to get needed supplies to complete morning work?

Person A is at fault for 1. placing them on the car and forgetting about them and 2. for buying $200 sunglasses.

Person A, this isn't close.

C. You can always buy new sunglasses.

Whichever one is male.

It's obviously A, but it's also obvious that you're B and you may have fudged the facts a bit :P

The correct answer is which ever person in the scenario is the woman.

I was B, but I did not fudge facts. She pulled the usual woman thing where she knew she was wrong and got all upset. We chose option D, bang and make up.

But I'm still out my sunglasses.

This. $200 for sunglasses? Do they get cable or something?

Consider it $200 for sex.
