I look forward to the posts "Below" mine.

Good news, everybody! Below is making his second career start so we should be fine, right?!

Curious if we'll make the opposing pitcher's ERA drop "Below" 1.00.

He can Below himself.

There once was a man from Detroit

whose maneuvers were very adroit

'though he could not pitch

worth a son of a b****

his own junk he could really exploit.

Well we have ourselves a winner.

When this game is over the Sox will hopefully be just one game Below .500. :gosox1:

I'm psyched...the first "big" series of the season, imo. This one is crucial. To their credit, Tigers are trying to grab this division and run with it right now. We've been hanging around and everyone's wondered when/if we'd make a move. Now is the time.

With Verlander on the mound Tuesday, today is a must win. I know they beat him last time, but you don't wanna face him having already lost once in the series.

So it's a rookie left-hander we've never seen before. I've actually seen this dude pitch. He throws hard but has control problems. I wish I could say the Sox will have no problems with him but as we all know this team has no concept of advance scouting.

So true^^. Sure seems easier to make up ground against these guys than the AL East Juggernips comin in after.

The Sox will get load the bases with walks, then swing at first pitch three times for popouts.

Please don't tell me Below is a soft tossing lefty???

Nice, can you do a haiku now?

Durable lefty with average fastball and curveball, and big time competitive streak.

Below's fastball sat at 91-93 mph (three at 91, three at 92, six at 93) while touching 94 twice. He seems to be throwing a "cutter" of sorts, which sat at 88-89 mph (four at 89, three at 88). And he mixed in a curveball in the 79-82 mph (one at each speed).

Tonight's #WhiteSox lineup vs. DET: pierre7, ram6, pk3, dunnDH, q9, rios8, aj2, beck4, morel5, buehrle1 (game on CSN)

It's make or break time.

Either this team has it or it doesn't. We'll find out by Wednesday.

I'm bored, so here goes nothing:

Below ascends mound

Throws heat to White Sox hitters

Slurps his meat after

Dunn Cleanup against a LHP with a 93 mph fastball.

This is Ozzie's way of helping Dunn break out of it.

Don't come back until you've handled your worst nightmare Adam!
