I think pushing the envelope a little bit probably will help him in the long run, but its time to take him out. You're playing with fire and you have a shot at winning.

I would think Peavy is done for the night. Actually ended up pitching a good game after the slow start. If only we could score again somehow.

He started out horribly, the Yankees are missing a couple of big bats, and there were several at him bombs hit, but when its all said and done 3 runs and 7 innings is something everyone would have taken from Peavy tonight.
