Outside of Pierre, Omar might be the most respected player in Ozzie's eyes. And he controls the roster for whatever reason. So he ain't going anywhere.

With DeAza around now, wish they would play Lillibridge more instead of Vizquel for Beckham...

The thought of a Juan Pierre extension makes my stomach turn.

Juan has put up a .2 WAR this season. He isn't as putrid as he was previously, but it's a far cry from good.

On a team full of lousy hitters, I stand by my statement that he's had a "good" season, especially for us.

I think the Sox have scored 2 runs combined in the two games I have been to this year, losing both. The last game I was at was a Bruce Chen masterpiece on July 6th or 7th.

Woudn't it be SMART to send Dunn to the minors to focus on hitting? That way we can put another hitter in the line-up above a .200 batting average and Dunn can hopefully improve! A second choice would be to test Dunn's VISION!!
