I don't think Belichick necessarily made the decision to throw deep into triple coverage.

No but he made the decision to put his qb in the position to do it.

Bad call on 3rd down, worse call on 4th down. Vince Wilfork is still a monster.

Damn. What a play by Reed right there.

Going to get a little more interesting here.

I'd like to note how completely wrong the announcers were when they said they'd Blitz Brady on that 3rd down. The Ravens dropped 7 and had Ed Reed in position to make the key play.

I'll never understand why NFL offensive coordinators call 2 yard passes on 3rd and 3.

Well heres your chance Flacco

Great stand by the Ravens D, they need the offensive coordinator to stop calling idiotic plays.

The idea is to get your playmakers the ball in open space.

Dumbass trips over his own feet and stays in bounds.

Eddleman vs Boldin? Seriously?

That may be the goal, but in the NFL it's a small window and closing speed is so much faster than college.

Need to get to the 35.

Huge play.

Well, that solves that.

I really wish the Bears had ponied up for Boldin. It was what? A 3rd round pick?

Really risky to call a pass play there.

Wow, he had it in the endzone too!

Wow. That was close.

You need to hold that.

Lee Evans. WOW. And Flacco could have run for that 1st down and got out of bounds.

Wow.
