I doubt the fans would boo Alexei or De Aza if they strike out 3 times in the first game, etc. With Dunn, it wouldn't shock me if they started to boo him.

This game has a real 2011 feel...just really depressing offense. The only fun thing to do in the Sox half innings is keeping track of pitch count.

Scherzer might be the streakiest pitcher in all of baseball. Pretty sure he was near the top of the list for pitchers with most starts last year of 7 innings and 1 run or less.

Hopefully Ramirez, Viciedo or DeAza can get hold of one, stringing together 2-3 hits in this game doesn't seem likely.

We just didn't get it done in the fourth. We have a great chance to score in the bottom of the fifth. Rios and Ramirez have hits already and they will be coming up. Just hold them again Peavy and defense.
