Crosby missed like 15 games in a shortened season. Yes, he was a monster, but that matters. How Stamkos AND St. Louis miss the ballot is beyond me.

I hate the Ovechkin love. Is he a top-five offensive player in the league? Probably. But he doesn't give two s***s about defense. Toews is way more worthy than him. Ovechkin was plus 2 this year. I am not necessarily saying Toews should be in the top three for the Hart, but I have no doubt in my mind that he is more valuable than Ovechkin.

Stamkos/St. Louis likely split a bunch of votes and the fact they missed the playoffs played into it too. Same goes for Brobrovsky.

Haha. In years past they've had series start the day after other series' game 7's. Plus they don't exactly have time to waste in this post season, hence some of the back to backs, etc.

Not sure why Geico would choose Nicklas Backstrom as a spokesperson but whatever.
