Part of it is that Lebron/Wade doesn't work if Wade can't drive like he usually can. With 80% Wade and Lebron on the floor, the spacing just sucks and the Spurs can play off both of them. The Heat have been way better in the post-season with Allen in for Wade (Out of date stat, but it was like 8.9 points/100 according to an ESPN article from like a week ago).
