5/17 White Sox @ Angels

Great change-up by Sale there to get Callaspo to roll over on the double play ball.

Good idea for keeping that pitch count down.

Kipnis just hit a walk off 3 run homer

HE GONE!!!!!!

Another back door breaking ball for called strike 3

What did Keppinger do?

Looking in the box score, there's only an error on Flowers.

Did the defense bail him out?

This is reminiscent of last year. Cleveland and DET battling for first in the early going. White Sox positioning themselves to go on a late May run to get back into it. (Except CLE had all those amazing home comeback/bottom of the 9th victories...seemingly every game).

Kepp whiffed on the short hop from Flowers

Would be nice to have had him or Granderson on the Sox as the "local kids made good."

Trout was trying to steal 2nd. Flowers threw it to kepp. It one hopped to him and he missed it, off his glove. Trout to third.

Not a huge deal. People are just tired of it.

Hot shot by Conor right to Pujols

Well, Gillaspie hit that one right on the button at Rios.

He was slipping down nearly to the .260's but has rallied recently as the whole team has played a bit better the last few games.

Oh, Tyler.

Leave it to Flowers to pick up the first K. Hitting exactly on the Mendoza Line.

Awful at bat for flowers.

Flowers one hopped the throw but it was a catch any other middle infielder in baseball makes.

Wilson getting a lot of our hitters to chase so far.

DeAza walked?

What's going on these days?

First Viciedo becomes a walk machine, Dunn wakes up finally, Keppinger gets the game-winner...must be something in the air.

Tigers walking the tight rope in Texas. Got Cruz to hit a DP to end the inning with a man on 3rd in a 2-1 game.

Better get a run in the top of the 9th. Wouldnt trust Valverde tonight in a one run game.

Gio Gonzalez has been a mess this season for the Nats. Can barely throw strikes tonight against the Padres.

It was a very good throw imo. Right on the runner.

DeAza with another base running blunder.

Gone on first movement.

Porcello pitched better than he had been to start the year...

Left Martin at 3rd with one out and there was another situation with 1st/2nd no outs and got Nelson Cruz to hit into a DP.

Moreland, Soto and Sox Killer Baker. Soto has his only two homers of the season 2 consecutive nights.

Rangers have played 26 road games, only 16 home games. 12-4 at home, 2 of those losses to the mighty White Sox.

How many mistakes has he made this year?

Must be 25-30 that you could go through on a game by game basis and pick them out offensively/defensively/base-running.

He is a airhead for sure.

Late but ... his name is Rios and he dances on the sand !!

Wow thought Sale got Trout looking there...

GOOD JUMP DE AZA

DeAza is taking the "bonehead" plays title away from Ramirez.

Well, at least DeAza made a decent defensive play there in CF. Nice catch on the liner.

Angels' announcers were convinced after the first inning that Sale was vulnerable compared to Sunday night. Haha.
