5/18 White Sox @ Angels

Featured Replies

0 for 3 with RISP. 4/10 as a team but no runs against one of the five worst starters in baseball.

Oh, well. Hector might as well throw a shutout to follow-up Sale.

I'd be very surprised if Phegley's not up in the next few weeks if all the trends continue.

Same....he's hitting really well in Charlotte

Santiago at 95 that inning.

Trumbo really slumping...very, very streaky hitter. Red hot first half last year, ice cold 2nd half.

Great bunt!

Holy crap and they say AR cannot bunt!

Alexei en fuego

Ramirez is really a lot more focused in the 2 spot these days. Nice. Ball rolled back towards the grass.

Cannot SAC bunt to save his life...that's true.

Let's just keep AR in the two spot. Love him there.

Sac bunt is a bid difference for him. He could always bunt normally.

It should be fun to see a new infusion of players in the coming weeks.

If all goes accordingly tonight in Charlotte Danks will be starting Friday, then Angel Sanchez and Beckham come back and maybe/hopefully Phegley gets called up.

I wonder if well be able to keep Casper Wells, Greene and Giminez on Charlotte.

Doesn't really matter. If Greene could play a decent 2B, would prefer him to Sanchez offensively.

Wells will probably be on his 5th team this year. It's not like he has done much to warrant sticking around.

Beckham's the most important name there, to get the defense back to normal.

I don't think we'll see Phegley unless they're 100% ready to give up on Flowers. It's not a natural platoon. And it would really upset the pitching staff, in all likelihood. That said, need to get offense anywhere we can find it.

Back to the bad Adam Dunn again...

Six hits, but might end up with 0 runs for all that.

81 hits in 48 2/3 IP. Not so good. Hard to do, even if you're trying. Nice one, Langston.

Pitch was inside.

This umpire really helping Blanton out this inning.

Questionable

Somebody get a 2 out hit.
