I never realized how extreme Thornton's splits are this year.

Dang.

Guard has got to move that seat.

Yea he does but somehow Viciedo didn't break his arm or leg and it actually helped break his fall as he practically sat on it.

Thornton Splits

Precisely why I wanted Santiago in the pen to take his place and make Thornton a LOOGY at least until we showed we're out of contention.

Santiago:

He certainly would have helped by giving RV another weapon in the pen from the left side, but Peavy & that pesky injury.

CMON MATT.

Kawasaki is liable to just punch one the other way here.

All Jesse Crain does is get outs.

Ventura with as much urgency with his moves as I've seen all season

Jesse STONES!!!

What he hasn't allowed a run since April 12th???!!! Is that right?

Crain..............Crain

Jessie Stones! Hell Yesss!!! :headbang

Dunn locking in?

Great AB.

BRING THE FOG EVERY NIGHT.

Been a fun night so far. I love me some Dunn when he's hot.

Has Dunn fingered uit out? Looking darn good

I don't know if I'll ever be able to give an affirmative to that question, but he's not horribad at this point. The first 25 days or so of the season are far behind him, even if he isn't back to old Dunn just yet.

I would be just fine with this camera angle being used a lot more on non-foggy days.

Sure, you don't get quite a good of a look at the pitches, but it's an interesting vantage point to watch a game from. I'd at least like to see more replays from the angle behind home plate.

They should walk Rasmus to set up the DP possibility

I cannot think of a good relief pitcher that is as inefficient as Jesse Crain.
