6/23- Sox @ KC

Featured Replies

Now Dunn is good again. For the love of God, Adam why don't you always have this approach? When he just makes contact he's so powerful he can hit a one-handed homer out to cf in a big ballpark like Kauffman.

2.) Bad luck we're getting a bad start today. 4-0 leads are rare for our Sox and it's disappearing.

Woo Dunn 2 run HR . Working his way towards .200

He's done a fine job of driving in runs this year.

Dunn = God

By this time next year, he may have a significant amount of trade value as he used to. He could also be valuable to us if we want to try to win something.

Let's just be honest and hope we can find a way to move most of his contract.

I wish we had someone else who could lead off because De Aza needs to be hitting down in the order.

Hector and DeAza with the nice hits, then the bad break on the bullet and the obligatory pop up to end the inning.

What's with the putting the bat on the ball lately? Sox getting a few base hits today.

Not getting too lucky with these hard hit balls

Viciedo's been right on Shields all day with nothign to show for it.

Might be wise for somebody to get a clutch hit, though, if we want to win this game and sweep.

Sox stranding baserunners as usual. Got to hope four runs are enough today.

Sox 4-2

not getting anything last inning is going to screw us over in the end

Not good at all Axe.

Sox 4-3 .......................8th and 9th place hitters hit homeruns come on Axelrod ugh! First back to back HR's ALL year for KC.

Very true. At some point you have to bust the game open when given so many opportunities. Sox don't believe in advancing runners or are incapable of doing so.

I can't stand Axelrod.

Johnson could provide us a better starter then him

Stupid to keep Axelrod in. There was no doubt Butler was going to get a hit

4-4 tie Axelrod had a 4 run lead and pissed the bed again.................I have seen enough.

Think it is time to make him a long man and see what Johnson can do.

Pull this clown 5 hits already this inning.

So...how about the Mad Men finale tonight?

Moustakas 3/50 with RISP this season.

Well, the inevitable bloom is coming off the Axelrod "rose."

Took a lot longer than expected.

Well, someone said it earlier....anyone predicting more homers from DeAza than Paulie AND Viciedo would have been laughed off the board.

So this means Axelrod doesn't have trade value? Haha, can't believe they thought he was better fitted to be a starter than Santiago
