I had a lot of respect for him. Outside of MJ my favorite Bull of all time. He was a f***ing stud grabbing rebound after rebound. Perfect fit for the Bulls.

Ozzie and Rodman, I'm starting to see a trend.

If Rodman goes back over there to party with their leader, he should be ridiculed/reprimanded/criticized all over our great country. N. Korea is not good.

There was an episode of Vice about escaping from NK. No way you can get to SK through the DMZ, so you have to escape into China, then make a >2000 mile trek to Laos undetected, and then finally cross a river into Thailand where you will be arrested, but at least be recognized as a refugee. China and Laos will send you back to NK where you will be killed. Escaping will, in all likelihood, result in the murder of your family. If you're a woman escaping into China, chances are one of the couriers/brokers you run into to try to get you to NK will sell you into sex slavery instead. An activist they work with said that 80% of female escapees spend some amount of time in sex trade.

Jesus. And we can't perform some Osama Bin Laden/Captain Phillips type operation on the leadership there? Are the underlings really going to start bombing the crap out of SK or would they start making plays to take over leadership?

Wouldn't it be easier just to try and get to Russia or Mongolia?

I will actually feed you if you vote for me.

More like I won't subject you and your family and future family to prison camps if you vote for me.

Yeah either way, there was some intimidation. I don't understand the faux elections in this dictatorship countries. Do they really believe people in outside countries are gullible to believe these people have a choice?

What if you made a mistake upon entering the polling booth and actually did not vote for the 100 percent winner? You'd be dead hours later I presume.

I somehow doubt that there was an option other than Kim Jong Un

North and South Korea exchanged over 800 artillery shells on Monday, NBC News reported. South Korea's defense ministry said Pyongyang fired more than 500 shells after Kim Jong Un's regime sent a fax to announce it would be conducting military drills. About 100 landed in water near the disputed sea border, the defense ministry told Reuters. The South retaliated with more than 300 shots. South Korean residents on the island of Baengnyeong were evacuated, though no shell hit any land or military installations.

Yeah, that can't be good.

But of course most news programs are still on day 23 of the missing airliner.
