November 15, 201312 yr I think it is a good pick up. He was a pretty highly thought of prospect at one time and is still only 25, he has a chance to rebound into a decent player and could be a platoon partner at 3B.

Liddi can play 1B too. McDade is a waste of a 40-Man spot. Between Black, Wilkins, McDade, and now Liddi, there's a lot of (not very good) 1B options for Charlotte. I'd be shocked if McDade is still on the 40-Man come ST.
