I've already seen Paul swing at 2 first pitches this year, different role, different approach.

He also swung at the first pitch back in October 2005. No one complained, if it is a good pitch to hit, swinging at it os fine

Here we go

Jesus, Adam

I can't believe that shot got him to third.

Seems like the Sox pitchers have given up a ton of hits this season when they've had 2 strikes on the batter. This defense continues to be amazingly bad.

Eaton is hunting rattlesnakes with that throw. Held on to it a bit too long.

Eaton with a really poor 2 hop throw to Ramirez there...

Have to limit the damage now. Can't give up runs 2 and 3 with Chen on the mound.

Who was complaining?

Fun inning.

Danks gonna have to be able to show these guys he can hit 90 mph with his fastball to keep them honest on his change-up.

1-0 KC

Why does just about every team have a batboy bigger than anyone on their team?

Butler was 6/33 career against Danks before that at-bat. Still under .200.

This was coming from Danks. Fastballs at 88 and changeups at 81.

Conor nice play

Thank god Hosmer had a brain cramp there.

Wow...would have been bases loaded, no outs and probably game over.

8-3-5-2, much better rundown than our last attempt in Minny. At least Abreu can throw the ball better than Thomas.

Terrible break on the ball by Dayan but got lucky with bad base running.

Eaton hit the cutoff man and good things happened.

Nice play by Conor...but Abreu's defense has been just abysmal so far.

Hopefully we put Paulie in right tomorrow and take home the Worst Ever Right-Field Defensive Performance In A Series trophy

0-2 count nibbling so far in 2014 I do not understand.

Seems like he's throwing change-ups 90% of the time. Second time through the order, and KC is no longer fooled.

Now Danks loses Perez after an 0-2 count.

Moustakas is as cold this season so far as he was hot in spring training.

Ugh this is hard to watch.

Have our 3, 4, 5 starters and bullpen thrown more balls than strikes so far this season? Genuine question
