Why are we still watching

Diehards are left. 10-0 Tex

I would rather see Leury pitch

Opponents are scoring at will this home stand with a s***load of Hr's.

I don't think Cleto found anything in AAA but I who really cares to pitch well when down 9-0? You have nothing to pitch for

No reason for Abreu to be out there still

Yet some will tell you his value IS 14 mil a year, and are glad the Sox didn't trade him.

Guys throwing 86mph to eat innings (lose games) can be found anywhere. I think this only gets worse the next 2 years.

The funny thing is he was hitting 91/92 tonight.

He was healthy and one of the better young LH pitchers when he signed the deal.

Everyone forgets that now.

Rienzo getting a bit unlucky here. Balls finding holes. Arencibia didn't even know he hit his single

Back to AAA for Rienzo. What a joke of pitching corps outside of Sale, Q and Petricka

1.000 BABIP today for Andre

Rienzo has been bad this year but today is just awful luck. Two bloops, a bunch of ground balls, and a bad block. He's been throwing strikes and getting grounders

This team is f***ing awful outside of the core. Hahn better send some messages after this game.

This is the worst pitching staff I have ever seen.

Cooper should be on the hot seat, but more importantly, hopefully he gets his health under control

The interesting thing is that the meltdown started right after he left the team.

Don't be ridiculous re: job security. I am legitimately worried about his health because he's never had the appearance of a healthy man and has had a few different health issues in the past

True, but this team was leading the world in walks before he left.

Has a major league team ever had this many AAA players in a single pitching staff?

I don't think he has done a good job the last two years. With that said, I know he has job security here. And yes, health is a priority.

Free MLB game of the day and this is what I get. This team hates me. I should retaliate.

Danks is hitting that, most innings pitched in the last 3 years area. The sox need to hope that its just building his arm up and he will continue to improve. Otherwise it's going to be along 2 years.

That's what I was hoping, but he is already at 45 starts since the injury and over 275 innings. At some point you need to see some results to have any confidence in a rebound.

True. But with him hitting his innings pitched from last year, he is probably struggling through a arm building phase. Most pitchers have this issue when they are hitting that inning threshold.

He only pitched 53 and 140 innings the last 2 years, I believe.

How many straight relievers have failed to get at least 3 outs without giving up a run? This is amazing
