February 20, 201511 yr QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Feb 19, 2015 -> 08:12 PM) They are doing their top 50 right now on MLB Network while showing 51-100 on the bottom line. Anderson was in the low 90s. So only 2 Sox in the top 100 from BA. No word on where Rodon is ranked yet. Spencer Adams came in at 100. Anderson in the 90's is a joke.
February 20, 201511 yr QUOTE (Dunt @ Feb 20, 2015 -> 06:10 AM) Spencer Adams came in at 100. Anderson in the 90's is a joke. It's insane how overrated the Cubs prospects are. Edwards in the top 40 and McKinney almost 10 spots higher than Anderson is just comical. It's still surprising to me that Montas isn't considered a top 100 guy. Baseball America is slurping Cubbie Kool-aid HEAVY.
February 21, 201511 yr QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Feb 20, 2015 -> 01:32 AM) Don't forget Schwarber is #19. Baseball America is slurping Cubbie Kool-aid HEAVY. I'd get the Scwarber love if were going to stick at catcher, but there is no way he is going to be a long-term catcher. Now that more and more services are coming out with prospect rankings, I would be curious to see who has been the most accurate among KLaw, Baseball Prospectus, MLB.com, Baseball America, etc.

It's still surprising to me that Montas isn't considered a top 100 guy. no offense intended. but is it us that is over rating the sox prospects??? i sometimes like to get a realty check. my reasoning for asking is Montas and Adams should have been easily in the top 80's....
February 23, 201511 yr Edwards is the one I don't get. He doesn't seem any more appealing than Montas.
February 23, 201511 yr QUOTE (Eminor3rd @ Feb 23, 2015 -> 12:59 PM) Edwards is the one I don't get. He doesn't seem any more appealing than Montas. And a lot of people project Edwards to be a bullpen piece because he's 6'3 155 soaking weight.
