yep, figured this would be a very light day of starters.

Sox just went ahead in the 4th. Bonifacio and Avi walked , Alexei brought them both home with a double. Up until that point Jason Marquis had been perfect through 3 .

Beckham double..wow.

Beckham gets his 2nd ht of the spring, doubling to bring home Wilkins who was on 2nd base after a walk and balk.

Bonifacio has 2 errors today playing second base but the 1 run the Reds have is earned.

Last year, he had a lousy ST prior to a terrific season. Hope this isn't a bad sign. :)

 

But seriously, I won't be too surprised at this point, if he makes another year-to-year incremental improvement.

Yeah, but in the past they have allowed AL teams to use a DH no matter who the home team is. I don't recall any of our pitchers batting yet this spring, and we've played away games against LAD, SD, COL, and ARZ.
