If Davidson is occupying 3B in CHA, why isn't Silverio in B-Ham over Farrell or Curley? Don't get it, also don't look now but Jared Mitchell is batting .292 in his last 10 games in the LAA organization while Leury is batting .300 for CHA

Correct, and I haven't heard a peep either. Possible he's in extended, or hurt, or was released (but likely we would have caught the release).
