If he was going to take out Garland for giving up a ducksnort and bring in Wunsch, why didn't he have Wunsch face the left handed batter to begin with?

Garlands hardest count to work around is 0-2. I swear he has given up so many hits on this count. If he could only develop some sort of strikeout pitch, because your not striking anyone out on a 92 MPH fastball.
