4/5 in the rotation looks like it's going to be a major issue. Hopefully Fulmer just dominates the minors and Johnson finds his fastball again.

It would be delicious crow if he puts six good months together, with passable defense.

Man if Avi can hit this lineup will benefit so much. With him pulling more he should run into 20 HRs.

I think most of his playing time comes from dh. Sox really need him to produce and hopefully he will.

He'll be in the OF often . It's not like Melky is great out there either. Avi is faster and has just as good of an arm if not better than Melky though both have strong arms.Rotating the DH duties keep guys fresher.

He could even get to the point where he hits OR defends, and most would be happy.

Their first winning record since 2004. If nothing else, it is a positive mental thing.

It gives a team who hasn't been good in awhile something positive to take into the season. It can't hurt certainly.
