Did Chris Marquez ever play with Dan Coat?

That's REALLY the best "burn" you can come up with, lol?

Guess you got me.

Hopefully the orcs from Warcraft will just land on the field and wipe out the umpiring crew so everyone can go home and forget about baseball for 24 hours. Well, except for the media.

Wait, Coats is still on this team?

Btw, Mr. Salazar, don't throw change-ups to Abreu.

Why? No one enjoys the Sox getting killed more than you. Just check your game thread post counts during losses vs. wins.

Frazier fails once again. Simply horrible with RISP

Frazier :lol:

We need to add another NL Slugger to this team. That has worked out very well for us in the past.

I forget what a winning team is like :lol:

Frazier's down to .200 and sinking like the Titanic.

Another NY Times possible feature story, to go along with Q and James Shields. Sale's theoretical Cy Young is boring, comparatively.

This front office is in the paid to get it right business. So far....

If it means Hahn and/or Ventura and/or KW are finally gone and we can finally move forward as an organization, great.

And it's not like there have been many winning threads to post in.

But I'm sure you can go back through all of them and give us a quick tabulation. Sounds like something worthwhile to do.

Sox are the old Raiders. Poor ownership spending money and nothing but f***ing terrible results.

They are going to handle Frazier exactly like they did the Swisher trade. Trade for Frazier at the peak of his value then dump him at the low in his value and get literally nothing in return. Then he'll go back to being a solid regular.

The Frazier trade is going to be like the Swisher trade all over again.

Then Frazier leaves Sox and .260 hitter again overnight.

Not a bad comparison. They should be talking to the Mets now about what they'd offer for him.

Alderson would rip us off

Most of them are more competent then the Hahn/KW combination.

Hard to be less competent...

Coats boots it, Schuck bobbles it, Schuck throws it away. All on the same play haha

Why in the hell am I still watching the sox take a s*** on the field.

A 29th birthday Shuck will never forget.

Finally put Zootopia on, this team doesn't deserve our time and attention tonight. Too bad they have to wait 2 days to fire Ventura.

Hope he gets a DFA present.

Avi with an 8 game hitting streak, impressive right?

Time to give up on the season. The more we force it, the more it is looking abysmal. I want to see more Tim Anderson like player.

Hahn shouldn't be allowed to make another move. He's done enough damage to this org

QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 18, 2016 -> 04:31 PM)
KW was never this bad when he was GM. Hahn is great at contracts, but completely overmatched in every other aspect.

QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 18, 2016 -> 04:33 PM)
Just don't get how the scouts watched his Mariners start and thought it would translate well to the AL and our park. Must have been same person who thought Avi could play CF and Teahen could play 3b

In commenting about the Rob Mackowiak trade, Hahn says, "`Everyone thought we got him as an insurance policy for Joe Crede at third base, but you know what? This guy can really play some center field.'' (Sun-Times, Feb. 15, 2006)
