  1. I kinda doubt Ball fetches a 1st. Not having a 1st sucks but man, if they get Ball??? Ball-Lavine-PWill-Young-Vuc could be super sexy especially is White can turn it on as a 6th man.
  2. Is Vuc really a B player though? He's having an incredible year. I'd say he's probably the 4th best big in the league right now after Joker, Embiid, and Davis. He's shooting over 40% from 3 too so he's certainly not a dinosaur.
  3. Man, this is HUGE! They're still trying to get Ball too.
  4. KC just broke bulls are getting Nikola Vucevic!!!
  5. What does Antonio Brown fetch in free agency? Rus, who has applauded recent Seahawks moves btw, wants the Seahawks to sign him. Would it be worthwhile to try and further drive a wedge between them.....if there's really even a wedge there.
  6. I've really started to come around on Trask. He's not mobile but he knows how to move in the pocket. I know the scrambling QB is all the craze, but who won the super bowl this year again??
  7. Sabonis is said to be available as well. 3 1s, a 3rd, Fuller and Hicks for Sabonis and Brogdon?
  8. FWIW, the cap is supposed to go back up big time next year, so it does make sense.
  9. Shefter still thinks theres a strong chance Rus gets traded. I think what has to happen is the Bears 100% have to trade up to set Seattle up to take a QB. Would you totally sell out on the draft, trade #20, a 2nd, and a future 2nd to move up to say #10? Then trade #10 and 2 future 1s to Seattle along with Dalton who Seattle apparently likes or liked to be their bridge. Essentially thatd be 3 1R and 2 2R....plus maybe a 3rd as well for Rus.
  10. Maybe it's just the fact that the position is underrated. Nose Tackles don't get enough love. A lot of what they missed when Hicks was out is what Goldman brings you as well. Really hope he stayed in shape.
  11. The Fuller move is frustrating, but I'd be fine with moving on from Hicks if it meant they signed Galladay. I really like a Mario Edwards, Goldman, Nichols front. Goldman is reallllly underrated IMO.
  12. Man that's rough. I wonder who the starters were. Watson was never gonna happen and I'm not sure I'd go any higher than that for Wilson. Still think it woulda been better to use 10m elsewhere and go with Foles as a bridge to a rookie.
  13. Whats sad is I could totally see Dalton having the best season of any Bears QB ever if they can keep him protected. What has been wrong with AJ Green? Just old? A Robinson/Green/Mooney/Kmet/Graham/Cohen receiving group could be pretty fun and Green should come cheap. Snag an OT in round 1, take a chance on Trask/Newman in RD 2.
  14. Sigh. I'm Mr. Brightside and even I've got no words. If Seattle ends up trading Rus I'm gonna be really upset. They had to of been straight up told its not gonna happen.....Still though they already have a bridge with Foles if they wanna draft a guy.
  15. I'm gonna keep pounding the Jaime Newman drum if we miss out on Watson/Wilson. I feel like you could either trade down in the first or trade up from the 2nd round to get him just to be safe. I think theres a chance hes there at their pick in the 2nd.
  16. One thing I like about adding Rus is I read his contract can be restructured without discussion. I'm not sure how much kicking of the can the Bears should do but, its there.
  17. I assume they have a plan to clear Watson/Wilson money, so if that doesn't pan out I'd love to add Williams.
  18. ÍBears freed up 23m in cap space restructuring Mack, EJax, and Whitehair. I believe they were 18m over before all that. Still some work to be done but definitely a good start. As far as including Smith or Johnson, if that's what it takes, I think you have to do it. Bears have had solid success with ILB play even beyond Smith/Trev. Joel Iyie-something is someone they've raved about in the past and are currently paying over a million dollars to. I feel like 3-4 ILBs can be found on the cheap or in the mid rounds. Definitely not saying they'd be as good as Roquan though.
  19. Bulls are said to be in on Andre Drummond. Idk the cost, but id prefer they just wait and sign him as a free agent.
  20. What does Lauri fetch in a trade? I'm still a fan, but this stretch without him tells me they might be better without him. Bulls 2nd round Euro stash guy has been playing really well and I hope AK gets him over here next year. The reports of him as a Joker type player intrigue me, especially with the way the team plays with Thad being somewhat similar.
  21. Only way I'm trading him is if its for another star player. Or maybe like a top 2-3 pick in a draft with 2-3 cant miss players. Even then I think its a bad look. They have more than enough cap room to keep him and add another star to go with him.
  22. What do we think of Jaime Newman?? I really think with the cap issues and the OL issues, OT in the first then Newman in the second is my ideal situation.
  23. I still like Drummond for this team. He's a little bit of a dinosaur, but I think his presence would add so much. Depending on the price, I wouldn't mind swinging that deal now to see how it plays out. Bulls, to me, are "Too good" right now to be thinking about the lottery so they might as well add.
  24. Orlando Brown Jr. is seeking a trade. 24 year old Pro Bowl LT.....He def gets a first rounder right?
  25. Really surprised to see OG 2nd in the voting. Between a returning Daniels, Whitehair, Mustipher, and Barrs, I feel pretty good about the interior. I certainly wouldn't mind adding one on day 3 though. OT is the most obvious need if they go the veteran QB route. Idk what drop foot is, but if it's something that lingers, I think you gotta upgrade Quinn. "Worst" case scenario, Quinn goes back to himself and you have a situational pass rusher. I think the rest of the needs are TBD. Who do they have to cut to make room? Is Robinson gone? I'm gonna mess with the simulator here in a min.
