Happy for Zack. Guy is better than people give him credit for and clearly has worked his ass off at it.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER CARLOS RODON NO HITTER EDITION!!!!!
His stuff, velocity wise is as good as 23 year old Carlos. Now he has two other pitches in addition to the slider. Just hope he stays healthy. Always been the problem. Nc state ran him into the ground

His manager is a cancer survivor and in an at risk class. But please, go off about how he shouldn't have had to follow protocols to protect people like his manager. But somehow it's not bad because he knows first hand how bad it was and still ignored it lol And then he lied to his manager and teammates about it, possibly exposing his at risk manager.- CLE @ SOX, 7:10 PM Central

guy is 29 years old with a career MLB OPS of 619. I think he's better than that 619 now, but not by a huge amount. He's a nice fourth outfielder, not someone you need to rely on every single day imo.- White Sox running almost exactly MLB average payroll
Whuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut?- White Sox running almost exactly MLB average payroll
You actually literally can.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Tony is all about getting his guys ready for the 7th, 8th, and 9th innings. Thats how he manages. Getting them ready to lose.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
LaRussa just has no idea what he's doing. Williams and Lamb hitting in the 10th representing the tying run. I just dont get it.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Agreed. No idea why he's taken the 10th twice now.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Why is nick Williams batting. This is amazing- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Hes had multiple inning outings and the white sox have said they view him as a starter in the future. As I said.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Hes a reliever because you think he is? The sox clearly don't view him as a reliever going forward. They want to build his innings since, again, there was no college or minor league season last year. Hating on crochet is hilarious- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Maybe because he's a 6'6 lefty who throws in the upper 90s and is in the big leagues despite having zero junior year of college or minor league experience? Lol Just a hunch. But I guess he sucks because he gave up one hard hit ball in the stupid ass 10th inning- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Why is it an advantage? This only makes sense if the logic is you have a lefty specialist in the pen, you can get 1 out and he only has to get 2. Those guys don't exist really and I don't understand how it's an advantage.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
There was zero benefit to that. He wasn't going to finish the 8th. The only result would be having to take him out of the game. He was losing his command at the end of the 7th. Now he's on the hook.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
Why would Giolito start the 8th inning.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
I'll give Jake Lamb this. He was good more recently than LaRussa.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
I have no idea how he'd fare because I haven't been able to actually see him play enough games to draw a conclusion. He'd likely lay off things out of the zone, and work the count, which is better than the garbage we're throwing out there instead.- Sox vs Indians - Tuesday, April 13th, 710pm
I think that argument pertains to batting order, not the actual players. If you chose to sit your better players for bad players the effect on W/L is directly correlated to the lost WAR which can certainly equal way more than 2 wins when done enough. Edit: I don't think anyone is analyzing "what if this manager is a moron and plays the lesser players on the team more than the better plays because he feels like it"
