Agreed. McCann’s numbers are falling off. You could attribute this to being tired with too much playing time but you could also attribute it to being regression. I’d rather not take the chance that it’s regression and sign Grandal with McCann as his backup.

Too much invested in Collins? How so? They barely played him when they called him up. They also spent a first round pick on Carson Fulmer as well and he’s basically a 26th man.

Much more luck or being born with much more hitting talent. I’m sure he would take either one.

Winning a batting title is a lot better than not winning one. I’m sure we would all be happy if Adam Engel won one. That would mean he was a good player instead of a waste of at bats. 😂
