Leury sure looked good in this game. He's growing on me.

Nothing to be ashamed of to be an optimist.

How do you like d'em apples?

He's just been unbelievable.

And that's saying something.

I was having that same thought. Hard to believe any of us couldn't manage a game and a pen better than this.

It would be interesting if the FO brought in a Joe Gerardi. See how the team would react to tough love.

In general I don't hate Ricky like some do. But once or twice a week he does something really hard to take. When a manager seemingly doesn't see the obvious it's not easy to remain neutral.

Crap! Moncada was robbed.

Both the balls off of Marshall were kilt.

Yeah. That was a nice surprise.

Those #'s were helped quite a bit in there terribleness by Ricky. If he pulls Lopez after 5 we shrug and say not terrible. I'll give him that.

Let this game go to where the tying run is coming to the plate. Ridiculous!

He is...but why? He has obviously run out of gas.

Other than the probable Win I would agree. This wasn't really a terribly impressive outing. That triple ends it for me.

I think the tanking days are just about over. Not long now boys.

Yeah. That RH is a real bandit.

McCann just puts the fingers down and Lopez needs to just hit the glove. Easy Peezy!

While getting 3 hits no less.

Jimenez is looking more comfortable with every game both at the plate and in the field.

Leury must be our most underrated player. We never talk about him as a player for the future but contributes on a regular basis. I guess his occasional brain cramps cloud my judgement. He does a lot well.

McCann has a nice setup in the batters box. Always looks like a confident guy with a plan.

That lead put Lopez on cruise control. Now it's easy sailing.

I think your on to something.

Abreu makes them pay! Don't mess with his boys.
