Not sure because it was a special where they boosted the odds. In a typical parlay they normally just push any tie. So for example lets say it was a normal parlay and hawks tied it would pay 8 to 1 instead of 16 to 1, etc. (assuming the tie line is +100)

Can confirm. I live in the far SW burbs and 1000 is super rough, only can get decent reception on a clear night. 670 comes in perfect all the time.
