  1. I agree with this guys take: I would guess that the most likely outcomes for the White Sox new stadium are in this order: 1-new stadium in Comiskey’s parking lot 2-new stadium next to da Bears in Arlington Heights 3-new stadium elsewhere in the Chicago suburbs (Naperville Sox!) 4-new stadium elsewhere in the city (McCormick Place?) 5-Nashville
  2. I know a lot here don't think the Sox will leave Chicago due to market size, history, etc. etc. however I wouldn't write it off. The southeast is absolutely booming in terms of population growth and Illinois is ranked 47th/48th (depending what source you look at) out of 50 in growth and is actually currently losing residents. Over the next 35 years Tennessee is expected to have a 27.5% increase in population vs. Illinois 3.6%. Nashville itself is expected to grow 56.1% by 2060. Anyone investing billions on purchasing a team is definitely going to factor in future population trends to their decision. Obviously it's anecdotal but I moved to NC a year and a half ago. 1 year in Raleigh and now near Charlotte. The first thing I noticed was how much new construction is going up. It actually blew my mind. Nothing like IL/Chicago area.

  10. Already started guess no one cares anymore
  11. Sox Clubhouse every night: Ironically, these 3 have a higher IQ than most of the Sox players and staff.
  12. No $5 tonight because the Yankees are a "premium" team. Thanks Jerry!
  13. If the Sox started 0-100 and the Cubs 100-0 I would still not root for the Cubs. It's ingrained in my DNA. The only acceptable time to root for the Cubs is when they are playing a team that is jockeying for position with the Sox.
  14. I missed the pre-game. Any good comments from Ozzie or Chuck on all the drama?
