QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ Sep 9, 2007 -> 08:59 PM) Sun-Times today said he quit. Blackjack Brown is as reliable as me. The guy takes a couple of notes off a news site and writes them as his own...like other news sites. Ha.

Are any Fin fans here really confident Trent Green will help the team? Mario Williams with 2 sacks and a fumble return for a TD. Good for him after all the crap he took last year.

Alex Cintron...personally insuring the #1 draft pick
Yep, but as long as we are trying Fields in left, it's him or Andy at 3rd for the last month.

QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Sep 9, 2007 -> 12:32 PM) Wes Welker is going to put up some ridiculous numbers with Brady. Not fair how much talent New England has now. Moss looks like he is back into football as well. Yikes.

fantasy football question
I usually play a RB in my flex unless I have no choice. I would go with Petersen but that is the lesser of two evils cuz not sure how many carries he will get in the first few games. Curtis could be a nice play depending on the match up.

QUOTE(Sonik22 @ Sep 8, 2007 -> 06:04 PM) Stevenson has the weakest fans ever. Didn't hear s*** from them all game. LZ's student section doubled Stevenson's and Stevenson was at home! Go Bears! Brilliant chant after the game from LZ fans, "Go Home Steven-son!", not realizing the game was indeed AT Stevenson.

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Sep 8, 2007 -> 03:48 PM) Don't you mean noose? Michigan has been in Oregon territory 5 times today and has 7 points. I wish Lloyd Carr would get a lifetime contract, such an awesome coach. That as well. Michigan special teams are not so special. I have it on gamecast and they are moving the ball than stalling. Horrible.

QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Sep 8, 2007 -> 01:25 PM) So it looks like we'll miss the playoffs in the first time since...? Been a long time. EDIT: So Brian, Libertyville and Warren are 1-2 and Stevenson is 0-3? Wow. Nutso, never thought I'd see that. Yup. It happens. Those 3 schools will be back next year, especially Warren. Have a sophmore running back on varsity who is very good. Stevenson will miss the playoffs for the first time in 18 years.

QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Sep 8, 2007 -> 01:17 PM) I just looked at the standings and it's like bizarro world in our conference. Yep, Stevenson and Libertyville are not very good. Warren beat Libertyville last night. Lake Zurich is very good. Lake Forest is even good. Ha Ha @ Stevenson!

QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Sep 7, 2007 -> 12:49 PM) I think they actual made that movie with no intention of it being a sequel, but I guess they thought they could make more money if they just called it a sequel. Probably right. This movie sucks. I'm FWDing through it pretty much. The one doctor from Grey's Anatomy is in it. There are no sharks or anything. Just six people screaming in the water, trying to climb back on a boat because they jumped in and forgot to lower the ladder. It is a big yacht so they can't jump on. Oh yeah, and they leave a baby on board so it cries the whole time.

QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Sep 7, 2007 -> 12:44 PM) Oh, and you know what else? Michael Myers kills people because 1. They're bad to his mom and him 2. He thinks he's ugly. 3. He got picked on. Oh, how deep! His "film," if we can call it that, was supposed to be Myers' backstory. And it has a little, but the backstory took a backseat to tits, gore and absurdities that go above and beyond the usual horror film's. Would anyone care if we posted spoilers? One thing that isn't a spoiler, in Carpenters, didn't they show Michaels mom and dad running through the house during the opening scene after he kills his sister? That negates everything in the first act. Don't get me started on the "remake" act.

Remember the movie "Open Water"? Based on true events about the couple that got left behind in the ocean. They made a straight to DVD sequel which is also based on true events. It's available for free on Demand and I have 90 minutes to waster before I leave for work. Can't wait to see how bad this is.

That was dominant by Indy. Addai looked great as did the rookie OL for the Colts. It's amazing that any RB they plug into that system excels. Their defense was awesome as well.
