Anyone going to Pumpkins next week? Why must they be on a Mon and Tues?

Also here, they don't let you build your PTO past the end of the year. Anything over 40 hours, they take away Jan 1st if you don't use it. I'm not taking any vacation this year because I'm saving PTO for next January to go visit my parents in AZ. I had to jump through hoops to get a waiver not to lose any PTO if I'm over 40 at the end of this year since it is already booked. It's like they want you to be tired and miserable.

The way we accumulate PTO, I have to work 2 months to accumulate 1 day off. It's bogus. I'm glad I have the ability to WFH once a week, but even in 2018, not enough people have that capability.

With the attacks on the media from 45 and biased cable news stations and outlets for both sides, thought I'd try a media thread after Facebook banned InfoWars and Alex Jones this morning. Alt right is up in arms. I don't believe in censorship but Facebook is a private company and can choose who and what to ban from their site. And F InfoWars and Alex Jones, so it is funny to me.

The nearest AMC to me is like 30 minutes away so I'll ride out Moviepass. Don't blame people for jumping ship though.

Looks like Moviepass' latest change is not letting you use the service for blockbusters the first few weeks, until crowds die down. For me, and anyone else, who enjoy seeing smaller titles, it's fine, but other who don't , they'll be annoyed.
