Canadians constantly assume that they are more environmentally smart than the United States when it often seems the complete opposite. I'm not sure however why the Lone Wolf and Cub series came up with the gore because according to wikipedia none of the other movies had really any at all, but it's obviously been a big reason for it's cult status. Well I can't really recommend this one. I found parts of the movie really entertaining but as a whole it was deeply flawed. The direction may get a little annoying, the story is confusing, uneven and there are too many characters. Mickey Rourke was great again, Knightley was hot and really good in the role but unless you're a big fan of Man on Fire or of Knightley or Rourke's you probably won't enjoy this one all that much.
