depends how bad they think that shoulder is.... I think to land him it's going to take 2/14 to start. More years, maybe 3/18 -- who knows.

He'd be a perfect pickup, platoon partner for willie, grinder, utility MIFer. though I think that you guys would be surprised that we have the same guy on our roster for cheaper... Wilson Valdez.- Wade Miller non-tendered

you're not fooling anyone.- Say we do Pocket this Money, Then what?
your stats were equally misleading -- You said the sox were 4-4 in games grilli started -- He must have been getting the job done right? No -- Grilli's run support: 6.20 Diaz runs support: 4.02 both games grilli won were because of the offense, and the offense was able to overcome 2 more of his poor starts to turn them into victories for the pen.- Say we do Pocket this Money, Then what?
Thom, My reply is tired old internet joke + tired old redundant Soxtalk post = lame joke.- Say we do Pocket this Money, Then what?
1) Sell fans on "ozzieball" 2) trade/let go best offensive players 3) ???? 4) Profit- Texas' other football team

One good thing about RW, When he hits, you feel no pain- Brandon McCarthy
Jenks is a non-possibility to start the season anywhere but the DL. He had a screw put in his elbow. His future is in the Pen.- Mulder to the Cards
All BB has done is trade proven players for in exchange for those who are young, essentially Major league ready, or very damn close, and have a high upside. All KW has done is trade a proven player for a 29 yo, who's only upside is maybe he won't be as bad as he was last year. KW could have had him for free with a simple waiver claim 2 years ealier. One is a man with a plan. The other has none. Sure he has the "three year chart", but that's the baseball equivilent of the terror alert chart.- Mulder to the Cards
^ what he said- Brandon McCarthy
I don't know if he gets too serious of a look in ST, depends on the situation. If we head into April without a real 5th though, I would not be suprised to see him before the end of May. - Eckstein.
