Yes, but look at his home/road splits vs the Astros. It wasn't reasonable to think starting him at Houston would produce any different result than what we got. There's no reason it couldn't have gone Giolito/Rodon/Lynn/Cease and have Kopech and Lopez to back up Rodon.

A season is full of low leverage situations so he'll continue to have a job if he does well in them.

The approach by most of the hitters has been decent. They have actually been good about laying off the breaking balls out of the zone. They just haven't been able to get good swings on the pitches inside the zone. Lynn has to hold them here to have a chance.

I think the 2nd time through the order will be better. Lynn needs to hold it at 1-0.

Worth the risk. McCullers gives up very few long balls so try to score a run with a bloop single. Robert needs to get a bigger lead though.
