  1. Teahen with yet another chance to do something productive and weak tap out. He's so bad. Just start platooning him with Nix until we get sick of Nix.
  2. The bunt was the right call. Two Sox in a row can't get the GW hit. That's sad. You got to produce. We still gonna win, tho.
  3. Juan is juan bad baseball player.
  4. This team with Dye is better than this team w/out Dye.
  5. The scouting report should read: "John Buck sucks. Throw it over the plate and let him get himself out as he has in most at bats in his lousy career."
  6. What is Ozzie supposed to learn? The players have no responsibility here to produce?
  7. He got the final 2 outs of the inning with no problem, didn't he? We're playing at home. We're still gonna win. U guys act like Oz is Terry Bevington. He's not.
  8. why would I want to do that? I agreed with leaving Mark in the game.
  9. Why did you guys want Mark out of the game?
  10. Nobody's dwelling on 2005 though it might be the only WS you see in your lifetime.
  11. The point it, Pods would be helping us a lot right now. He came out of the gate hot. Juan is a ninth place hitter. Although so is Becks right now.
  12. I can't believe I'd rather see Beckham ninth than Pierre, but after seeing his at bats tonight and seeing he has all of four f***ing RBIs all season, I guess Gordon deserves that Nine hole.
  13. I'm surprised you guys are so mad. What did you expect after us scoring some runs last night? You knew we'd revert back to s*** against a mediocre team like the Jays.
  14. Gotta make the Blue Jays pay for that. You know if that happened to us in the field with 2-0 lead we'd blow it! Cmon Sox.
  15. 3-1 meatball and Drew Jones hits weak ass fly ball to lf. One out.
  16. Sweet, we win the game.
  17. Now that Pierre is getting one hit a game, maybe Gordon should be the new candidate for the nine hole. Sending him down would e dumb. This team is going nowhere anyway.
  18. If it's going to take Dye a month to be ready, it's kind of stupid for anybody to sign him for more than 500,000. It's going to be half a year production and we could be way out of it by the time he's ready. He blew it by not getting anything done in the offseason.
  19. Great victory. Sweet victory.
  20. Good line in Mark Gonzales' game story tonight. Cowley or somebody had a tweet saying the way the Sox played tonight you wonder why they can't play like that more often. We've seen efficient victories like this before, can we put something together? The big positive is we won a series, like many have pointed out. That's always a positive.
  21. That was a great win. It seems home ice in hockey isn't as significant as home court in basketball for some reason. Some of these home NBA playoff games have been massacres.
  22. I notice not much traffic on here. I don't live in Chicago. Is the whole city sort of blah over the White Sox. Is there anybody out there that has any faith the team will do anything the rest of the season or is it all Blackhawks all the time? I assume the Cub mania is the same as always. All games sold out, etc., even though that team sucks.
  23. The Sox certainly are dull, if not horrible.
  24. I know we didn't want to give him a multi year deal, but we have Pierre for 2 years and that's much worse than having Pods 2 years.
