He's got 2,500 hits but I don't think he's a lock to be a Hall of Famer. I wouldn't argue it loudly with Hawk but it's not like he's some all-time god.

Jackson is pretty fast. Nice to have a guy in that spot in the order who can run a bit. BTW, this is a game that would be nice to win. Like somebody said it's gonna be a 4-hour game but it's another winnable game.

How did the Sox lead the majors in homers during the spring? I still don't see a lot of pop in our lineup aside from Jose and Frazier.
