    Teddy Ruxpin

    I sold Teddy several years back at a yard sale for like 2 bucks.
  2. Back to the topic at hand.... I wanna rock with you, all night.... Does anyone remember this video?
  3. QUOTE(Controlled Chaos @ Jun 15, 2005 -> 01:30 PM) Is anyone going to Saturdays Game? I am going with the chosen one, aka Jason Gage.
  4. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jun 15, 2005 -> 12:00 AM) Alright I'm definitely in now, is it alright if I bring a friend? Hey guys, is it alright if I bring Jason?
  5. 4/7 vs. Cleveland - 11-5 Loss in Extra Innings (Losing Pitcher Vizcaino) 5/18 vs. Texas -7-0 Win (Winning Pitcher Buehrle)
  6. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 11:11 AM) Not until the pics get posted... Then it is the thread of the century. I wouldn't count on that happening. In celebration of this great moment in Soxtalk History, I am now listening to Billie Jean.
  7. QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 11:06 AM) I wish it never happened. My parents bring it up allll the time. "Steff... remember when you rode Dumbo with MJ.. ? Go get the pics..!!". :headshake I can't wait to see this.
  8. QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 11:01 AM) I met and rode Dumbo with him at Disney when I was 8.. I'll bring the pictures Friday. Was this before or after the surgeries started?
  9. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 10:56 AM) I was going to put CD, but that might disqualify some of our disco fanantics.... But looking back, what is the most embarassing CD, album, tape, 8 track etc, that you have ever owned? For me I think it would have to be Vanilla Ice- To the Extreme I would second that motion.
  10. QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 10:51 AM) I liked his music back in the day also.. Saved up 2 months of allowance to buy Thriller. I went to his concert when I was 4 or 5, I still remember it to this day. From the time I was 3 to 5 years old, I wore out 3 copies of Thriller on tape from playing it so much. What is really sad to me in this whole thing is that he had a perfectly normal appearance during the Off The Wall/Thriller days and just totally was never satisfied with himself. Combine that with his well-documented f***ed up childhood, this guy really just never had a shot at a normal life. He perhaps had the biggest rise to fame of all-time. That is no excuse for his unnatural behaviors toward children at all, I think he needs serious help. However, it's not hard to understand, given his background, how he got so messed up. I do think he has done some great things over time for people, a great example is Ryan White, who had AIDS and it was his dream to meet Michael before he died. He did a lot for that kid and his family. Hell if anything he's been overgenerous to people of the world. Unfortunately, this all gets overshadowed by whatever goes on at Neverland Ranch and that is just sad to me given the immense talent and heart I believe he has.
  11. QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 10:47 AM) So I guess you'll have no issue sending your youngins to Neverland for a sleepover.. I'd never do that, Hell I think he is a sick f***er myself (maybe not to the extremes as others see him) I am just one of the biggest fans of his music from my early childhood so I am blinded by that...
  12. Bottom line is Mike is free.
  13. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 14, 2005 -> 08:28 AM) Sounds like because of a favor to the Godfather, I am going to be in for this!!! I'll have a mitt and some beer HELL YEAH! It's not a tailgate without 2k....
  14. I think I may be the only one who is glad Mike is free. Favorite Album Eva
  15. QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 13, 2005 -> 05:55 PM) I'm leaving work at 1ish and having lunch at Jimbo's. Then I'm going over to the lot at 5. I'll have a cooler of Lite and some snacks. I think I am driving the jeep.. Sounds good, I'm gonna try to get Gage to bring a glove so we can do some throwing in the lot as well.
  16. Lefty pitching and they probably wanted to give him a night off.
  17. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jun 13, 2005 -> 12:06 PM) The Sox will finish the game in double digits in runs scored and hits. Wow, making this prediction reminded me of ol' Poopy Hiladgo. Whatever happened to him? He is only around when the team is falling on hard times. Translation = He hasn't had a chance to be around this year.
  18. QUOTE(rangercal @ Jun 13, 2005 -> 01:53 AM) u guys can add me to the list, Can I bring beer? sure
