And by the way, although I am one of the biggest pornstache bashers out there, I will give him props for his recent play. If he can just eliminate all of the K's on the junk ball pitches from the lefties I think he can have a very solid season. He's looked better the past week with the glove as well as I felt he was very shaky those first few games back from Charlotte/the DL.

We don't need Cotts, Wunsch and Marte in the pen...Two lefties in the pen is plenty, Wunsch goes IMO.

I know nothing about the person Jon Garland is, but the times I've met him briefly, twice at Soxfest this past year, he seemed to be a very nice guy...Didn't say much but he definitely didn't rub me the wrong way.

I'm not worried about it, just tired of having to tell people why I am such a big Borchard fan.

Sowers won't fall to the Sox...He is from about 5 to 10 mins from my house and some of my family is fairly good friends with his step-dad...They talk from time to time and from all indications he will be a top 10 pick...Great kid though. Would love to have him, but I just don't see it happening.

If he is going to be out for an extended period of time, time to call Borchard up and stick him in RF until Mags is ready to return.
