I will try to be in...

If you are an out of towner and don't have the MLB extra innings package, consider yourself out of the loop... In all seriousness, this is maybe the best thing ever invented, as you pretty much get every game besides the WCIU games....
-
Have a great one both of ya....Happy Birthday...
-
We were open today but I wasn't scheduled...

There are places I remember All my life, though some have changed Some forever not for better Some have gone and some remain All these places had their moments With lovers and friends I still can recall Some are dead and some are living In my life I've loved them all But of all these friends and lovers there is no one compares with you And these memories lose their meaning When I think of love as something new Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more In my life I love you more "In My Life" by The Beatles

let's go Cub Killa Rob Mackowiak!

5-2 D-Rays going to the 8th. Rob Bell has looked great for TB, retiring 7 in a row...

Very nice, thank ya for sharing...

I've heard the excuses....He's not stretched out enough....He's comfortable in the bullpen....Yada Yada Yada. And I've heard enough. If the Sox were smart, they'd immediately option Adkins to AAA and begin stretching him out...There are 12 days left before we need a 5th starter again, by that time Adkins can surely be ready to go 5 innings of work, which would be a long stint for our 5th spot. This idea that Ozzie has that Adkins and Cotts need to stay in the bullpen has got to stop. If KW isn't going to step up and make a deal, one of these guys is going to have to assume this role, unless Arnaldo Munoz is ready to step in, which could be possible. The other options, Diaz, Grilli, Stewart, are surely not going to be more solid than Adkins or Cotts. If they were, they'd be with the big club already. Remember Ozzie left Tucson with the guys that he thinks will give him the best chance to win. And just so you don't think I am picking on Diaz, I do agree that he was set up to fail, but I'd like to see him get another chance eventually...just not before Adkins... So why not Adkins, you tell me.

His arm will fall off and for the money he commands, no way...He's going to want 15 mil a season, just watch.

I feel pretty good about the Oakland series with Mark and Esteban going, although Buehrle is going to have his hands full going against Mulder in the 2nd game... The Seattle series should be more interesting, they've been playing terrible, but it's hard to go deep in that park and the Sox are going to have to play some small ball, especially when they face Garcia and Moyer, both of whom are good pitchers. Overall, I am looking at a 3-2 roadtrip for us as being as success.
-
Wonder who took that picture of the park....
-
It was funny the first time, that was about it... Now he is completely annoying.

I will add to this.... Chisoxfn - Legend

No team is going to want Kelly Dransfeldt as part of a package. He should feel fortunate that he is getting to travel with a big league club.
-
He's leaving anyway, no reason to speculate about a deal because he is as good as gone.
-
Kelly Dransfeldt got released from the AAA team here in Louisville last year and I find it humorous that he is even getting the chance to play with Chicago. He shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Manos Valentin.
-
I think so and I think we will, unfortunately.

Okay, I just wanted to point out two things that prove (once again) this guy is a dumbass... Exhibit (1) "Bullpen issues linger, but not many others." We need a 5th starter, I'd call that a major "issue" Exhibit (2) "Other than his Opening Day misuse of the bullpen and a brief flap involving the playing time of Paul Konerko and Joe Crede, both of whom got over their problems quickly" Since when did Crede get over his problems? As far as I am concerned as each day goes along he is falling deeper into a problem as his batting average dips below the mendoza line... Way to pay attention to what exactly is going on, jackass.
-
Why is the "5th starter" a shadow of a Buehrle pic?
-
Don't worry, if we don't win the division this year, I'll be on the prowl...And I'm sure Steff will be giving KW some "I told you so's" concerning Willie Harris

Couldn't have said it better myself, so I won't say anything.

The Radio Department at my HS dwarfs this place...First high school radio station in the United States and by far the best to this day...On the air 24/7 with tons of student DJs during the day. Best of luck to ya with your gig Beastly, I worked for my HS station during my senior year as the play by play man for the Basketball games after I quit the team the previous year.
