  1. See, I love strong flavored coffee. I don't like the foofy "strawberry truffle" junk though, so that leaves me only one flavor. But in the mornings I also enjoy juices and chocolate milk. Oooo, how about those milkshakes that Hershey's and Quik make??? Oh man...those things are amazing!!!
  2. I can raise a cockroach in a tube and then eat it. Does that mean I succeeded before them???
  3. QUOTE(Steff @ Aug 16, 2005 -> 07:49 AM) They have decaf coffee... I know, that is all I drink. But for me, there is no need for it "in the morning" and it becomes something that is 100% consumed for the taste. I find beer to have more varieties that I enjoy. Most people will not give up coffee due to the caffiene, and when you are not relying on that aspect, you find it is easy to live without it. Now then, if those dang idiots at Starbucks would actually give us decaf drinkers a coffee of the day in the style of Columbian Ass-Kicker Full Bodied Flavor, instead of the friggin' Lite Breakfast Morning that they seem to think we like, I might enjoy coffee in the morning more. Why do they think decaf drinkers always want the "Lite" version of their coffee's???

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Aug 16, 2005 -> 07:41 AM) Celebrity crushes of mine few have had? Rachel Weisz ("Constantine") Rachel in The Mummy films is very nice.
  5. Coffee has virtually left my life anyways. Today is the first cup of coffee I have had in probably 1+ month. I can't touch caffiene anyways really (HIGH blood pressure, and it gives me RAGING headaches if I forget to drink it even for one day...so I just don't touch it anymore), so I was only drinking it solely for the taste. If I find myself in the mood for the flavor, I just tell myself I will enjoy a good stout when I get home that night. I would rather have a drink relax me then fire me up, anyways.

QUOTE(OZZ-fest 2004 @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 08:18 PM) Agree, also Asia Argento. Nice Dave Matthews Sox sig! See, having been a HUGE fan of her Dad's work, and having seen her MIchele Soavi's The Church, and loving that flick, when she was about 12, I just can't find her appealing in those ways. Strange...I know.

QUOTE(mreye @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 02:25 PM) JOAN CUSACK! You are a brave, brave, brave (and foolish) man. I respect you for this type of honesty. I also agree that in that movie with Kline she was "cute".
  8. Duh, obviously it exists!!!
  9. QUOTE(marsh @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 12:51 PM) http://moon.google.com/ new satellite photos show the junk we left up there. case closed. your welcome. I can't see anything though. Plus, if you zoom in too close, it just turns to a cartoon picture of cheese. I am pretty sure it isn't made of cheese, and if they want me to believe that...how are they going to expect me to believe we have junk there under the balloon numbers...which I am also sure we did not leave there. For one thing, the picture seems to be in B&W, while the numbers are in color.

QUOTE(SpringfieldFan @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 12:53 PM) Oh yeah, Linda Carter and Erin Grey. I am with you there - although they are venturing towards "valid" crushes rather then "guilty" crushes. SFF Well, since they second hey appear on my screen I always get laughs, and that is from people my age (35), I think they have fallen into the "guilty pleasures" arena. I agree with you though that they are both smokin' but I guess the outfits that they are most associated with are what drag them into the laughable category.

QUOTE(SpringfieldFan @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 12:03 PM) Wow, just look at her. Wow. With that look, lets just say I bet the judge was happy he had a bench in front of him. SFF Yeah...gotta go along with that one.
  13. There are tons of conspiracy theories about the moon stuff. Isn't Buzz Aldren even one of the ones to haver certain stories and tales about the moon? Didn't he claim that they couldn't film everything because there were UFO's on the moon while they were there? I don't know, I just always keep a little bit of the skeptic alive in my head. I think it helps to keep an open mind about EVERYTHING out there, and to only be 100% certain about the things I am party to.

Loved Bailey...but I fell in with the rest of the world and was all for Jennifer. Funny, I almost named the dog in the other thread "Bailey", but told my wife I would always think of WKRP. ...that is Bailey...right??? Now that I look at her...I am suddenly unsure...
  15. We always used those wrappen bones for all of mine while growing up, and never had problems. But thanks for the tips, better to be safe than sorry. She doesn't really care for the dang thing anyway. She's getting a few hand-me-down toys that my wifes Aunts dog never took to, or that they never got around to giving her. I'll go through those and make sure they are all of a safe thickness. I have no problems with cleaning "messes" and am actually VERY tolerant of it. My cat, who is suffering from kidney and liver failure right now (plus has thyroid problems), has been crapping everywhere in our basement (no...she doesn't drop her pants to her ankles) for the past 2 months. Since it has been contained to the basement, and she is in no pain from what it seems like (just skeletal thin), she isn't being put down. She seems happy still. Molly and the sickly kitty didn't hit it off at first yesterday (the walking skelekitty scared the heck out of the dog), but today they seem to be getting on just fine, and hopefully the dog will add a little more enjoyment to the cats life. She's a VERY lovable cat, and very easy going. Thanks for the tips and compliments on the pooch.
  16. Pure bred Cocker Spaniel. Her name is Molly and she is 9 weeks old. My kids are head over heels in love with her already. My wife, who never wanted pets, now is the proud owner of a hamster, a fish, a cat, and now a dog. Plus I have had injured squirrels in the house and injured birds, and we had another cat and we took in my dog from childhood. The other cat and that dog though had to be put down. Bless her though, as this one was her idea.

    Weird?

No...never weird for buying something you loved as a kid. Or if you are an animation nut and just love to have animation. I mean, it's not like you bought Coyote Ugly or friggin' Armageddon.
  18. QUOTE(SnB @ Aug 14, 2005 -> 04:40 PM) most unfunny month ever Might not be the funniest post...but damn near the most truthful. This is a really sad hijacking of a thread. :banghead
  19. QUOTE(Texsox @ Aug 15, 2005 -> 06:39 AM) LOL!!! Lord how I love that picture!!! LOL!!!
  20. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Aug 13, 2005 -> 09:26 PM) You sure the brownies they were serving in the lobby weren't laced with something, Kid? That Dorothy the Dinosaur might give Godzilla a run for his/her money, though... Naw man, I'm not really a fan at all of their stuff, and was somewhat dreading the length the show would go at. I mean, 90-120 minutes of the stuff??? But at the end, I was surprised it went so fast, and I was actually bummed because I was having so much fun. If you ever see them, there is no wonder how they got so damn big. You can just tell how much they enjoy themselves on stage, and how much they love doing what they do. They really are probably the greatest thing in kids entertainment, and Australia should be VERY proud to say they hail from their land. They also seem to love Australia quite a bit, as the flag was flying for much of the show. I'm sure I will love The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly, just due to my love of Eastwood's spaghetti western days. Not sure why I never saw this one, as I have seen every other one of his westerns.
  21. Still larger than I would like...but it wouldn't shrink anymore. So, I'll leave it for a day or two...and then it's gone.

QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Aug 14, 2005 -> 12:40 AM) I used to have a crush on the Pink Ranger... Not the Pink Ranger, but the chick who played the bad-girl (bad guy...whatever...) in the Power Rangers Space shows...from probably about '95 or '96. She was the cutest thing on TV at that time, by a landslide!!!
