You don't even SEE the driver of the truck that Weaver is having it out with the entire movie. I would say 95 out of 100 filmgoers would see a movie like Gravity or The Martian and prefer those latter two. From a filmmaker's perspective, I can APPRECIATE it, but at the same time not thoroughly enjoy it... re duel.... that was a great movie but b/c of that idea of the driver. never ever seeing the driver... very unique. now the other movie, for me, it was great b/c it was again very different and that choppiness more or lets see about doing this or that while telling a story. just like Thirteen. but i can say different people have different pov on things. but as i said your opinions are what i like about the film.
