From what I read in various news sources........ they plan on including the Comiskey name is some way. What that means...... I dunno. then i will refrain from anymore post regarding this subject until i see how. I just want the nickname for the ballpark to be "The Cell" it's that kind of an edgy thing that could get people out to the ballpark. when i hear the cell, i keep thinking of the lame movie.

you know what, how bout some of the other posters tell us who is your favorite and why. here is mine again >>>>>>>.. oh man that is hard. there sooooo many and for different reason. the one i really was excited about was barcelo. but he is toooooo strong for his joints. too much stress if you can believe that. this guy is a monster with the biggest hands i ever shook. completely engulf my hands and i got some wide hands myself. munoz, honel, and strumm for pitching. and with bullard i may now add b/c now i can put a person to the name. infielders has to be gonazles ss "of" webster, borchard. but you have to understand, i am soooooo stoke by ALL of our younger lower level talent. i just can't put it in the right words. when these guys come up, i can honestly see many yrs of the sox being in the playoff. i am serious here and not day dreaming.

I'm kinda intrigued as to why munoz isn't being converted into a starter....... I mean if he doesn't have the stamina..... thats one thing...... but why not give it a shot, because all things indicate that this guy has dynamite stuff. I believe that they have talked about it but want to wait until the season starts, as he has had an extended workload over the past months. Hopefully they give the kid a little rest, then see what he can do. If he can take the innings, he's got a real shot I think. Hey LDF............ ok i can see the why this was a good idea of getting money, via what bjmarte and others has said, but now we are just another park with corp sponsors. nothing to make this a unique area. comiskey, wrigley you are talking of names that people can relate to the history of baseball. now its what, for this statement, the cell or wrigley.......... ummm you tell me. what jr and the sox management is trying to do is make a camel with 3 humps looks as it has 2. they are trying to divert the attention from the steepness of the "ud" by doing a make over. even tho it is going to look much better, the rep of the "ud" is not going away.

(TRYING= he may be just too damn good and may be ready to be in the bigs by mid-season)

man that is a bad news. i am watching the cnn and its horrible. i remember watching the first explosion of the space shuttle some 15 yrs ago. no terrorist attack and i wonder if those parts that was lost was the reason. does anybody know what parts were lost?

i took my 5 year old last year ( he was 4 then) to the upper deck...big mistake...he was sitting on the ground underneth my seat holding my leg...spent the next 8 innings on the concorse in LF..dont tell a 5 year old that there is nothing wrong with the upper deck poor kid. in '00 and '01 we sat up there alot and it never bothered him...once he figured out how gravity works well at least he is getting use to it.
