Do you think if a deal like this went through, we'd be able to sign Mags to some kind of a deal? I just really like this trade though, it frees up salary and I'm ready to see PK get the boot.

I know this has been said a few times, but it definitely won't take much to win this division now. We get to play each of these teams 18 or 19 times. Hopefully we use that to our advantage for once.

The only reason I would want Mags gone is if we're POSITIVE we can't resign him and/or keep him here. This seems to be the case; and for that reason, I think we might as well see what we can get for him. Out of the two deals that are going around, I like the Baltimore deal more because of Jay Gibbons. I do think we can get more for Mags though.

Georgia Tech may be the real thing....They're beating a decent OSU team pretty convincingly tonight.

Their East coast bias at ESPN is the reason Sportscenter kind of got old w/ me. They kept adding all those little gimmicks to the show, and of course Yankees offseason news is the first thing they'll talk about on the show.
